Terms of Service

TirbbyCAD turns a text description into a parametric 3D model that you can adjust, check for printability and export (for example as STL or 3MF). An AI model proposes a specification; the geometry itself is built by our own software.

We may change, add or remove features at any time. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect paying customers.

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure and be responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.

Accounts belong to an organization. Organization owners manage members, roles, billing and the deletion of the organization’s data.

Some features need a paid plan. Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI credits that reset every calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges you, handles taxes and issues invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Except where the law requires otherwise or where stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. Credits spent on a request that fails because of a provider error are returned automatically.

You keep all rights to the descriptions, images, files and designs you provide (“Your Content”) and to the models you export. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Your Content only as needed to operate the service for you, including sending it to AI providers to generate a design.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Logos, marks, characters and other third-party designs that you upload or ask for are your responsibility; do not use TirbbyCAD to infringe anyone’s intellectual property.

You can share a design through a read-only link. Anyone with the link can view it, and you can revoke the link at any time.

You must not use TirbbyCAD to create or distribute anything illegal; to design weapons or weapon parts, or devices intended to cause harm; to infringe others’ rights; to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service; to bypass plan limits or rate limits; or to resell access without our written agreement.

We may refuse requests, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI output can be wrong. The checks TirbbyCAD shows (for example wall thickness, overhangs, a single closed solid) are automated printability checks, not an engineering review. They do not certify that a part is strong, safe, food-safe, electrically safe or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for verifying dimensions, materials and safety before printing or using a part, especially for parts that carry loads, hold people or animals, contact food, or are part of electrical or mechanical safety systems.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and we may perform maintenance or experience outages of us or of our providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or printed material, or for any damage caused by using a generated part. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using TirbbyCAD and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. When an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. When the changes are material we will notify you in the service or by email and ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use TirbbyCAD after the effective date means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Argentina, and disputes are submitted to its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
